Hello, I’m Logan, and thank you for taking the time to look through my work.
I’ve always been excited about telling a story. Transporting people to unfathomed places just brings me so much darn fulfillment!
In high school I made music videos and short films with my friends. What could be better than combining audible art with visual art to tell a story? This led me to attend Full Sail University, where I graduated with a film degree in 2007. I worked on many renowned projects such as the TV show “The Bachelor”, Red Bull’s “BC One” and the feature film “Transformers: Dark Side of the Moon”! Alas, by the time I’d reached my dream of working on music videos I was faced with the harsh reality of a dying industry. Overworked and underpaid as a Production Designer for videos that would reach the silver screen of YouTube, my passion for film dwindled. I began searching for other options. I tried bussing tables in downtown L.A. where I spilled a tray of water on a couple and their dog. That story ended abruptly, but the end of one story is the beginning of another!
Two words; Transformational Festivals!
Attending events like Burning Man and other creatively freeing gatherings opened my heart to the infinite horizons of art and creativity once again! I decided to rekindle my skills as an artist. I moved back to Cincinnati in 2012 and I haven’t looked back. After 3 years as a graphic designer at a marketing agency I branched off on my own in 2015 to become an independent freelancer. Throughout my career I’ve performed in some of the country's most renowned festivals such as Electric Forest Festival and Burning Man! Although I love these gatherings of free expression and creativity, my dream is still, and always will be, to tell a story. I aim to continue growing my creative skills and professional endeavors into whatever industry inspires and moves people at their core.
